Tasks for colleagues and second-member review
Two things help when several accountants work together: a task you hand to a colleague, and a second-member review that must confirm a return or a month close before it goes ahead. Both show on the Moj dan page. There is no separate inbox.
Hand a task to a colleague
Create the task
On Moj dan, click New task. Choose the client, write what needs doing, and optionally pick a kind, a due date and a colleague. With no colleague chosen, the task is yours. Click Create task.
A colleague can only be given work on a client they may open. If the firm limits access to assigned clients, you do not see tasks on other clients and cannot assign them.
Hand it on
Click the task in the Moj dan list. In Hand over to a colleague, choose the colleague, optionally write a message, and click Hand over. The task moves to their Moj dan, and the history stays under the task: who created it, who handed it to whom, and when.
Wait for the client
If you are waiting for the client, pick a date in Follow up on and click Waiting on the client. The task stays out of the way until that date, then returns to Moj dan. When the work is done, click Mark as done. A finished task can be reopened with Reopen.
Review by a second member before filing and closing
A firm or a company can require that a return or a month close is reviewed by another person before it is filed. Turn it on in the settings under Require a second person’s approval. When the firm turns it on for itself, it applies to all of its clients, and a setting switched on at a client applies to that client.
With the requirement on, a DDV-O, a REK-O and a month close are not filed or closed until a team member who did not prepare them has reviewed them. The same holds for the RP-O, the DDPO, the KIR/KPR books and the OPSVL. The person who prepared a return cannot review it.
The review also guards the XML or ZIP download for an import in eDavki, because for most companies that download is the filing. A review covers what the reviewer saw: if the return is regenerated or edited afterwards, or something is posted into a reviewed month, the review no longer counts. Mark it as prepared again and ask a colleague to review it again.
Mark it as prepared
On the return’s page, or on the Periods page above the month close, find the Second-member review box. Click Mark as prepared. The box shows that it is waiting for a colleague.
A colleague reviews
The colleague sees the request in Moj dan (kind Review). They open it, check the return and click Confirm review. The box then shows who reviewed it and when.
File or close
Now the return can be filed or the month closed. Without the review, filing or closing is refused with a message that another member must review the work. The same applies to the bulk REK-O filing and to closing a month from the monthly close board.
A DDV-O you already filed in eDavki yourself can still be recorded as filed without a review. The review protects filing from VegaERP, not a record of a filing that already happened.
If the firm requires review but the company has only one member, nobody can review and filing stays closed. Turn the requirement off or invite another member.
