Managed clients

For a managed client, the firm keeps a per-period readiness checklist: VAT, KIR/KPR, payroll, bank and supplier invoices. Items tick themselves when a filing is accepted in eDavki, and the client shows up in the work queue when something is late or blocked.

Clients your firm creates itself (one by one, as the first client, or by import) are managed automatically. For existing clients you linked, you turn managed mode on yourself. Only a firm admin can turn it on.

The client sees a “Managed mode is active” notice and recently completed items on their own dashboard. They do not see the firm’s internal notes.

Open the Managed clients page

In the firm sidebar, choose Upravljane stranke (Managed clients). The top of the page explains what managed mode means. If managed mode is off for any of your active clients, a notice below it says how many.

Turn managed mode on for every unmanaged client

  1. In the notice, click the Omogoči upravljanje (Enable managed mode) button, which shows the number of clients.
  2. Read what will change and click Omogoči (Enable).

Or turn it on from the client list

  1. In the sidebar, choose Stranke (Clients).
  2. Select the clients you want to manage.
  3. In the bulk action bar, click Omogoči upravljanje (Enable managed mode) and confirm.

What success looks like

  • A message confirms how many clients were enabled.
  • The notice about unmanaged clients disappears, and those clients appear in the work queue whenever an item is late or blocked.

Common issues

  • The enable button is locked. Only a firm admin can turn managed mode on; the page says so next to the button.
  • Managed mode was not turned on for some clients. The message says how many failed. The usual reason is that another accounting firm already manages the client; only one firm at a time can turn managed mode on.
  • The work queue is empty but the notice stays. The work queue covers managed clients only, so an empty queue says nothing about the clients that are not managed.
